Chair Massage focused on your neck, shoulders and arm, upper and lower back. This style of massage uses deep tissue and pressure point techniques, performed on an individual sitting in a special massage chair fully clothed. This techniques lets you relax, relieve tension and enjoy the benefits of a shorter section.
SWEDISH MASSAGE

Swedish Massage is often referred to as the “relaxing massage.” Your Therapist will use light to firm pressure with a range of long, smooth strokes. They will use a combination of kneading and friction for the more superficial layers of the muscle tissue, and can combine active and passive movements of the joints.

Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow deep strokes on any contacted areas and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons and fascia. It can help reduce pain, increase range of motion, relieve muscle spasms and improve circulation.
CUPPING THERAPY
The purpose of cupping is to enhance circulation, help relieve pain, remove "heat" and pull out the toxins that linger in your body's tissues.
Cupping involves placing glass jars on the skin and creating a vacuum by suctioning out the air. The cups are often placed on the back, neck, and shoulders or the site of pain. The underlying tissue is raised, or sucked, partway into the cup.
Your therapeutic fire cupping treatment involves warming and placing glass cups on the skin. The cups are left in place anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes, followed by a relaxing massage near me to soothe the treated tissues.
